Abstract

The reserch aimed to verify the effectiveness of antraining  program based on tolerance the prevention of intellectual terrorism of students in Taif university. The sample consisted of (15) students. The sample was divided into two groups: the first group consisted of (8) students in the experimental group, and the second (7) students in the control group, the researchers prepared the following tools (The measure of intellectual terrorism - training  program based on tolerance - Self-assessment scale for experimental procedures), and the pilot group of the tolerance-based training program was offered (22) sessions at the rate of two sessions per week. After the end of the training program, the measure of intellectual terrorism was re-applied after one month of  the first application. In order to process the results and validate the hypotheses, the Mann Whitney, Friedman, Wilcoxson.The results were to reduce the intellectual terrorism of the experimental group during the post-measurement when compared with the students of the control group, and the continuity of the positive effect of the program during the follow up measurement of the group. After a month of telemetry, the results were interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and the results of previous research.
