The world of VUCA in its first version refers to a number of terms( volatility , uncertainty ,complexity and ambiguity), while the second version of the world of VUCA in the modification of the dark world of VUCA refers to the bright world of VUCA, which is based on the transformation of the negatives represented by "VUCA in the first version into strengths based on (vision, understanding, clarity and agility ) as a result of the emergence of the world of VUCA in its the ability to analyze data and the ability to drive complexity
