Abstract

The aim of the current research is to measure the interaction between digital          video styles (totally / partially) and cognitive style (focus / surface) at elearning environment for acquiring skills of internet of things projects production and academic self-concept among educational technology students, The research sample consisted of four groups that were classified according to the digital video styles and cognitive style, Results indicated no mutual effect between digital video styles (totally / partially) and cognitive style (focus / surface)  on acquiring skills of internet of things projects production and academic self-concept among educational technology students ,  The research recommends the importance of employing Internet of Things applications, along with the need to update the curriculum for educational technology programs so that they integrate concepts and skills related to the field of the Internet of Things into current curricula or create new curricula.
