the current research aims to develop a proposed prospective for the role of the Blue Ocean Strategy(BOS) in enhancing the competitive management for the Faculty of Education in Arish from the point of view of faculty members and their assistants. The current research used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information from the research sample which consisted of (102) members by using the comprehensive inventory method. The most prominent results were reached by research: The degree of practicing the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) in the Faculty of Education in Arish was achieved at an average level.
The dimensions of innovation and increase were achieved at an average level while the dimensions of reduction and exclusion were achieved at a weak level through the responses of the sample members. The degree of competitive management of the Faculty of Education in Arish was achieved at an average level. The role of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) in enhancing the competitive management of the Faculty of Education in Arish was achieved at an average level. The research recommended adopting the proposed prospective to activate the role of the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) in enhancing the competitive management of the Faculty of Education in Arish.
