Abstract

Research Title: Modern Methods of Human Resource Management in the Ministry of Higher Education in the Republic of Yemen
The study aimed to identify the impact of training strategies (trainees and their desire for training, trainers, training program curricula, administrative and supervisory services, and their impact on the success of the training program) on the development of human resources in the Ministry of Higher Education in Yemen.
The study showed several results:
It can be said that human resource development policies do not only relate to establishing the necessary rules and foundations for human resource development, but also involve formulating key policies related to human resource development strategies, summarized as follows:
1. The most significant actual factors for the success of the training process, from the perspective of the study participants, are the commitment to training and enhancing the efficiency of trainees through holding training courses and educational seminars. It was also found that the main problems faced by trainers during the training process are the lack of practical application of the skills acquired by the trainees, which most studies have agreed upon.
2. Males perceive that training strategies have a greater impact on the development of human resources, which may be attributed to their greater interest in acquiring new skills and knowledge in their work.
3. It was found that training strategies depend on (trainees and their desire for training, trainers, the quality of curricula and training programs, administrative and supervisory services, and their impact on the success of the training program) and the development of human resources (achieving the goals of the course and translating them into training needs, motivation, desire for change) in the Ministry of Higher Education
