Abstract

Abstract:
     The researcher aimed at determining the extent to which educational supervisor practices his tasks in the learning disabilities programs at onaizah district, and knowing the hoped tasks from the principals and teachers point of view. the researcher has used the questionnaire tool as a tool for collecting the required data for the study. the questionnaire has been formed from two parts, the first part includes the occupational variables for the researcher sample, and the second party consists of (38) questions from the questions of the researcher.
the researcher sample included all the teachers of learning difficulties at the primary schools at onaizah district, which reached (20) teachers , and all the primary schools that have learning difficulties programs, which reached (20) .
   The researcher reached to some findings, the most important are : 1) the researcher sample are unsure from the extent to which educational supervisor practices his tasks in the learning disabilities programs at onaizah district. 2) there are no statistically significant differences between the study sample from the teachers, and the researcher sample from the principals towards (all axes of the study ), also, there are no statistically significant differences at the opinions of the researcher sample around (all axes of the researcher) depending on the variable of the occupational experience years.
