Abstract

Abstract
The aim of this study was to reveal the degree of Jeddah School’s Leaders Practice of Transformational Leadership from the teacher’spoint of view. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of (43) items, to collect the data after cheked the validity and reliability. The study population consists of (11985) teachers, and the sample of the study was (375) teachers.The results showed that he degree of Jeddah School’s Leaders Practice of Transformationa was high with mean of(3.81).The dimensions ranked descending as follows: Idealized charismatic Influenc (3.90) individualized consideration (3.85), self-motivation (3.75),intellectual stimulation (3.64).The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤0.05) distruputed to the variables of the educational stage, qualification,and experience.
