The study aimed at presenting a suggested proposal for organizational creativity in Egyptian schools for special education in the light of Ergonomics, through a theoretical presentation of Ergonomics concept, its characteristics, its importance, its fields and the procedures of its application, and clarifying the organizational creativity, its characteristics, requirements, fields, stages and factors affecting it, monitoring the fact of special education schools through the Egyptian documents and previous studies and identifying its problems according to organizational Ergonomics dimensions, and monitor the availability of the requirements of organizational creativity in the schools of special education in Beni Suef in light of Ergonomics. The study used the descriptive approach as the most appropriate method to describe the theoretical framework of Ergonomics, The study relied on organizational Ergonomics, that represented in: work system, working environment, individuals, work groups as one of Ergonomics fields, The study was limited to the special education schools in Beni Suef governorate, The sample of the study was managers, teachers and educators of the special education in Beni Suef governorate. The study emphasized the role of Ergonomics in achieving innovation and excellence in performance, providing a safe environment within the school, encouraging work and able to achieve the compatibility of its employees with work system, Which helps them to work in the light of their abilities, provide creative ideas that enable overcoming the problems of special education schools in Egypt and achieve organizational innovation, so the study gave a suggested proposal for organizational creativity in Egyptian schools for special education in the light of Ergonomics.
