The effect of the training style on directing the point of view of the training staff members at the College of Technology in Hafar Al-Batin

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the blended training approach from the perspective of the training faculty members at the Technical College for Girls in Hafar Al-Batin. To achieve this, the descriptive analytical method was used by designing a questionnaire and applying it to a purposive sample of faculty members at the college, totaling (14) participants, The study yielded several key findings, the most significant of which include: High engagement of training faculty members with the blended training approach, as indicated by a mean score of (4.32) and a standard deviation of (0.716), High engagement of trainees with the blended training approach, as perceived by faculty members, with a mean score of (4.36) and a standard deviation of (0.736), No statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05) in the responses of the study sample regarding the effectiveness of the blended training approach due to years of experience or academic qualification, The study recommended investing in the development and enhancement of learning management systems to ensure a more effective training experience and expanding the use of blended training not only for managing assignments and training materials but also for enhancing other aspects such as direct interaction and digital performance evaluation.
