The study aimed to build a proposed training program to develop time management skill among Saudi university leaders in light of the "Kingdom's Vision 2030" by identifying the theoretical framework of time management among university leaders in contemporary administrative and educational literature, and to identify the proposed methods for developing them, and the study used the descriptive survey approach, The study community consisted of faculty members at the following universities: (Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, King Faisal University, King Khalid University, Tabuk University), totaling (11,337) members; The questionnaire has been applied (372) members. The study concluded that the degree of the proposed methods to develop time management skill among Saudi university leaders in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 was (high), with an arithmetic average of (4.01 out of 5). The study then presented a proposed training program to develop time management skill among Saudi university leaders in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
