The present study aimed at investigating the effect of using Negotiation Strategy to develop Culture of Peace,and Decision Making for secondary stage students . The subjects of the study consisted of (60)students chosen randomly from Third grad - Partition ,.in one of the secondary schools in cairo , the experimental Design of the two groups control and experimental ,. the he tools of the study were Culture of Peace Tes, and Decision Making measurement, The tools of the study were administered to the experimental, and control group before and after the experiment. Comparing the students’ mean scores in the pre and post administrations of the tools of the study, it was proved that the experimental group students made a progress with reference to their Culture of Peace, and Decision Making Skills , and Teatching Competencies at 0.01 level. Thus , Negotiation Strategy had proven to be effective in developing Culture of Peace,and Decision Making for secondary stage students .
