Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the reality of the quantitative developments in the numbers of teachers, students and students in general education schools in Al-Baha Educational Area, and determining the quantitative estimates in their numbers up to 1460H, and building a number of future scenarios for the quantitative needs of teachers and teachers in general education schools in Al-Baha Educational Area until 1460H A vision to provide the expected needs of teachers and teachers in public education schools in Al-Baha educational area until 1460 AH. The study used the analytical descriptive method for the nature of the study. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is an expected increase in the number of students enrolled in the schools of Al-Baha Educational Region, and was not followed by an appropriate increase in the number of teachers and teachers except in the Office of Education Baha only , And the needs of the teachers reached 4441 teachers in a scenario scenario, while the needs of teachers amounted to 1231 teachers also in one scenario, based on the evolution of the numbers of teachers and teachers in years The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important being the need to provide the quantitative requirements of teachers and teachers according to the annual student increase, and to identify the actual needs of teachers and teachers according to specializations that have a deficit before the beginning of each academic year long enough , And linking the needs of different educational institutions and the outputs of the faculties of education, by creating the required alignment between outputs and needs, and redistribution of teachers and teachers in the governorates of the area of ​​education and the various schools to balance the balance Teachers and the number of students in those schools, identifying competencies, skills and abilities that should be available to teachers and teaching them to him, both in the preparation stage before the service or professional development during the service, and the establishment of a specialized unit of education management different needs and availability of sequence according to the possibilities available.
