Abstract
The research aimed to detect the effectiveness of a training program based on self-vitality in improving professional rigidity and mastery motivation among teachers of students with visual impairment, The research sample consisted of (28) teachers at Al-Nour School for the Blind in Kafr El-Sheikh, their age was between (28.34-47.54) years, with age mean (37.94) years, and a standard deviation (±1.19) years, divided into (2) equivalent groups: experimental group (14) (male and female) teachers, and a control group (14) (male and female) teachers, the research tools included the self-vitality scale, the professional hardness scale, the mastery motivation scale, the training program based on self-vitality, all of them were prepared by / researchers, the research relied on the semi-experimental approach, and using (t) test to indicate the differences between the related and independent averages, the research reached a set of results, the most important are: there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental and control groups teachers in the post measurement on the professional rigidity and mastery motivation scales for the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group teachers in the pre- and post-measurement on professional rigidity and mastery motivation scales for post-measurement, and there are statistically significant differences between The average scores of the experimental group teachers in post and follow-up measurement on professional rigidity and mastery motivation scales for follow-up measurement, which indicates that the training program based on self-vitality is effective in improving professional rigidity and mastery motivation among teachers of students with visual impairment.
