The present study aimed at recognizing the obstacles of applying the results of educational researches in formulating the decisions of educational leaders in the ministry of education. The sample of the study consists of '50' educational leaders from the ministry of education. The researcher developed an instrument of (26) items distributed on (3) fields. The study revealed that the obstacles of applying the results of educational researches in formulating the decisions for educational leaders were high for all study's fields. It indicates also that there are not significant statistical differences for the variables, of experience and the professional name. The researches recommended to make seminars and workshops, for the educational leaders at the ministry of education, to show the importance of educational research and how to get benefit from the educational field
