The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a sustainable development program for the development of teaching competencies among agricultural science teachers. Instruments: A List of teaching competencies which should be developed among the agricultural science teacher - A Cognitive Test of knowledge and information related to teaching competencies - An observation checklist to measure the teaching competencies of agricultural science teacher.
Based on the above, the research resulted in the following results: The results of the research showed that research hypotheses were accepted as the program based on sustainable development had a positive impact on the teachers of agricultural sciences, which led to the development of the teaching competencies
