Administrative transparency of primary school leaders in Taif governorate and its relation to the school climate from the teachers' point of view

Abstract

" The Administrative Transparency of Primary School leaders in Taif Governorate and it's relation to the School Climate from the point of view of the teachers
   The study aimed to revealing the correlation relationship between the degree of primary school leaders in Taif governorate practice the administrative transparency and school climate from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher used correlation descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (357) teachers chosen randomly. A questionnaire consisted of (58) items were distributed on five domains of administrative transparency, In addition, there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study due to the variable of experience in favor of less than 10 years, and the variable of training courses for less than 10 courses, and the variable of qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree Also there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of experience in favor of less than 10 years, and the variable training courses for less than 10 courses, and the variable of qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree. In the light of the results, the study recommends a number of recommendations, including: Continue to practice administrative transparency in schools because of their impact on the improvement of the school climate.
