The aim of the research is to develop a proposed perception to face some of the problems of integrating those with special needs in the first cycle of basic education schools in Dakahlia Governorate,To achieve this purpose, the descriptive method was used, It was applied to a sample of teachers of the first cycle of basic education in some educational administrations in Dakahlia governorate, which applied the integration system. The number of sample (160) teachers, in order to detect the availability of these problems in schools, the research presented a number of educational requirements to implement the proposed vision based on the results of the field study
