Abstract

The study aimed to know the reality of volunteer work for high school students in Madinah from the perspective of teachers. The study sample consisted of (292) teachers of secondary school teachers in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah. The researcher used the descriptive method (survey) when conducting a survey of their views. The most important results of the study: The degree of the reality of volunteer work for secondary school students in Medina from the perspective of teachers. On the axes as a whole came at a high level, there are no differences of statistical significance to the degree of the reality of voluntary work for high school students in Medina from the perspective of teachers. Due to the variable of the study (scientific specialization, years of experience in the activity), and the existence of differences of statistical significance of the reality of volunteer work for high school students in Medina from the point of view of teachers. Attributable to the variable of the study (type of school) and in favor of private schools. The study concluded with a set of recommendations in the light of its findings
