The effectiveness of using an interactive program in developing the competencies of Arabic language teachers (towards) at the secondary stage (public schools) as a model

Abstract

The study aimed at determining the professional and technological competencies necessary for teachers of Arabic language(Nahow) Knowledge of the effectiveness of the interactive program in developing teacher competencies. he problem of the study was in question. What is the effectiveness of using an interactive program to develop the competencies of material teachers. Which used descriptive approach and experimental approach. To apply the proposed program to the sample members, The study found the following results. It is a list of the professional and technological competencies of the Arabic language teacher. The list in its final form contains 52 sufficiency Distributed over five areas, The researcher also prepared a teacher performance note card. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the interactive program in the field of planning the lesson: There are statistically significant differences between the tribal application and the remote in the observation card, in favor of the post application,At a level of significance (≤0.0001) The magnitude of the impact of the program (0.852) Effectiveness of the field of implementation of the lesson: There are differences of statistical significance between the application of tribal and remote, in favor of the post-application, at a level of significance(≤0.0001) The magnitude of the impact of the program (0.882). Competencies of the field of production and design of some educational technology materials: There are statistically significant differences between the tribal application and the remote for the benefit of the post application, at the level of significance (≤0.0001) It was also found that the impact of the program in the development of the production (0.760)Competencies of the field of employment of education technology: There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote application, in favor of the post-application, at a level of significance (≤0.0001). The impact of the program(0.896). the study led to giving more attention to in-service teacher training programs and to expanding the use of self-learning programs in on-the-job teacher training and teacher training to teach how to take advantage of technological tools in teaching the material
