Introduction of Balanced Scorecard - Field Study on Strategic Performance in Egyptian Universities in the Light of Sohag University

Abstract

The objective of the study is to measure the balanced performance by applying the Balanced Scorecard to the University of Sohag، It is also an attempt to identify the basic pillars of the concept of strategic performance and the concept of balanced performance card. This study used the researcher descriptive analytical method for being the appropriate method to study social and human phenomena. The results of the study showed that there is a low perception in the overall dimensions of the card، which shows that the four dimensions of the measurement card E exist in a balanced low، as seen by the study sample. Among the recommendations of the study should be the top management of the University of Sohag to train all staff and faculty to adopt the system of strategic management using the Balanced Scorecard، by explaining the concept and purpose and accurate diagnosis of the circumstances of student life
