Abstract

Aim of the study: The study aims to identify the reality of applying governance, disclosure of the obstacles that face applying governance, and make proposals that contribute to enhance applying governance in the private primary schools for girls in Riyadh from female teachers point of view.
Methodology of the study: the descriptive approach has been used.
Study population and tool: the study population consists of all female teachers of primary private schools for girls in Riyadh, who are 5314 female teachers. 388 of them are the study's sample. To achieve the study's goals, a questionnaire has been planned to gather the required information, which includes 37 phrases distributed over three elements.
The results showed that:
the members of the study somewhat agreed with the reality of applying governance in private primary schools the mean of calculation was 3.37
 the study somewhat agreed with the obstacles that face applying governance in private primary schools where the mean of calculation was 3.21
the study somewhat agreed with the proposals that enhance applying governance in private primary schools where the mean of calculation was 3.32
recommendations: 
- Clarify the governance concept, principle and applying methods for the staff on the private primary school.

- Implemet the plan for applying governance in private primery school.
