An effectiveness of a training Program based on cultural intelligence for decreasing psychological contamination of faculty of Education~ students

Abstract

       This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a training program  based  on  cultural  intelligence for decreasing psychological contamination  of  faculty of Education~ students . the sample of the research  consisted of sixty students who were enrolled for the first year of  Arabic section, it was divided into two basic groups (one control and one experimental), thirty students each .the Instruments was prepared by the researcher   included a measurement  of cultural intelligence , a measurement of psychological contamination and a program   based on practice of cultural intelligence for decreasing psychological  contamination   by using  module (manage cultural intelligence or not and why?).The results demonstrated: There were statistically significant differences between the means score of the experimental group in the pre-test and that of the post-test on the   psychological contamination   scale and There were statistically significant differences between the means score of the experimental group and that of the control group on the post-test psychological contamination scale
