Training needs of students of the Basic Education College to perform office services in the light of the overall quality standards in the State of Kuwait

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the training needs of students of the College of Basic Education to perform office services in light of the comprehensive quality standards in the State of Kuwait, and the research problem has been identified in the following main question: What are the training needs for students of the College of Basic Education necessary to develop office services in the light of comprehensive quality standards? The researcher built the research tools, which is (a questionnaire identifying training needs). In the light of the results of the questionnaire, the researcher has determined the training needs of students of the College of Basic Education to perform office services in light of the comprehensive quality standards in the State of Kuwait, the research was applied to a sample consisting of (100) students A student from the College of Basic Education, Department of Library Science, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to build a list of skills needed for students of the Department of Library Science. And the study showed the following results: The presence of a large degree of training need for all the skills included in the research and that the bibliographic preparation skills occupied the first rank followed by the administrative skills and then the technological skills, then the personal skills necessary to provide the office service and in the penultimate level came technical skills as for the skills of analyzing and formulating research strategies have occupied The last rank.
