Abstract

The current research aimed to build a program based on the learning theories of the fourth industrial revolution, namely, the Five Minds theory of Gardner and the connectivism theory, as they are modern learning theories which aims at designing and organizing knowledge and technical systems which serve the future industry based on innovation policy, analysis of ideas, problem solving and decision-making in order to prepare a generation able to keep pace with development in various fields.
Through the Usage of some digital learning strategies (virtual classes, web- based projects, web-quest, flipped classrooms, collaborative learning, synchronous and asynchronous discussions) where the focus is not only on technology, but on structuring the education process in a way that is consistent with the requirements of the era of the industrial fourth revolution, by reconstructing scientific concepts in a scientific way in the mind of the learner, by linking the ways of searching for information, refining, analyzing and synthesizing it to critical and creative thinking, using the Black Board system, which is one of the advanced electronic, communication and technological systems, it an electronic and communication system, it provides an interactive educational environment that contains various techniques in which teaching methods varies from pen, chalk to smart blackboard, laptops, mobile devices, and electronic transmission of school homework to learners via electronic and Internet-based e-learning systems to support and enrich the learning and teaching process, and take advantage of these technologies effectively in the educational process, with the aim of taking the educational process to new horizons, and revealing the effectiveness of the program in developing the learner's appreciation of the importance of digital learning, developing mathematical proficiency with its five components, and achieving enjoyment of learning among students of the preparatory year.
These measuring tools were developed:
* Test of some components of mathematical proficiency: (conceptual assimilation, procedural fluency, strategic competence, and adaptive reasoning) of preparatory year students, (developed by the researcher)
* The ] desire for production scale to measure the fifth component of mathematical proficiency, (developed by the researcher)
* A scale to measure the students ’appreciation of the importance of digital learning, (developed by the researcher)
* A scale for measuring learning enjoyment, (developed by the researcher.)

The research group was chosen from the preparatory year students at Qaseem University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (112 students), and they were divided into two groups, a control group (53 students) studied the curriculum of mathematics via the traditional way, and an experimental group (59 students) studied the curriculum of mathematics using the suggested program, and by collecting Data and the doing the appropriate statistical treatments The researcher reached the following results:
1- The effectiveness of the suggested program based on the learning theories of the fourth industrial revolution era using digital learning strategies in developing the four components of mathematical proficiency (conceptual assimilation, procedural fluency, strategic competence, adaptive reasoning) among students of the preparatory year.
2- The effectiveness of the suggested program based on the learning theories of the fourth industrial revolution using digital learning strategies in developing the desire for production (the fifth component of the mathematical proficiency) among students of the preparatory year.
3- The effectiveness of the suggested program based on the learning theories of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, using digital learning strategies in developing the appreciation of female students in the preparatory year for digital learning.
4- The effectiveness of the suggested program based on the learning theories of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, using digital learning strategies to achieve enjoyment of learning
