Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of human resources planning in the Human Resources Agency in the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia from the point of view of its employees by identifying the degree of practice of human resources planning and the obstacles that it encounters and then submitting proposals for development and improvement Human resources planning in the Ministry of Education The study was applied to a representative sample consisting of (201) staff, and the descriptive method was adopted in survey and questionnaire method as a study tool and the results of the study showed that human resources planning practices are highly conducted in the Human Resources Agency from the point of view of Sample, while the obstacles came to a medium degree, the most prominent of which was the lack of specialized expertise of human resources planning officials, and the constant change in the organizational structures in the Ministry of Education, and recommended the study to activate the role of the General Department of Human Resources Planning in the Human Resources Agency in the Ministry of Human Resources Education, care for the rehabilitation and training of HR Agency staff to carry out human resources management functions including planning, and to benefit from successful experiences and experiences at the local and international level to apply best practices in human resources planning, the study recommends a similar study For the current study using the qualitative method
