The effectiveness of the use of the achievement Portfolio on the motivation achievement and achievement for the student teacher, specializing in kindergarten

Abstract

using the achievement files on the motivation for achievement and achievement of the students in the Department of Kindergarten at the Faculty of Science and Humanities in Jubail at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University in the Eastern Province, In a sample of 92 female students,(N = 48 students) and a control group (n = 44 students), on which a measure of motivation for achievement was prepared by the researcher ,Where the experimental group was evaluated using the completion files. Using independent group tests, the results showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control in motivation for achievement and achievement in the experimental group, The study also showed that the experimental group surpassed the control in the student's ability to remember, understand and apply the information provided to them because they have constant feedback, which helped them to master the teaching skills, As demonstrated by the results of the test. As well as the effectiveness of the achievement file, which is responsible for learning to the student, which makes her positive role towards learning, which increases their motivation for success and achievement as evidenced by the results of the measure of motivation for achievement.
