A Suggested proposal to develop the administrative staff training system at the Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh in the light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030

Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the level of proficiency at the administrative staff in Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University for some of the skills required for work, to detect the problems facing them in developing their performance, and to identify the proposed training programs to improve their performance. The descriptive method was used, and the study sample consisted of (688) administrative employees. The researcher prepared a questionnaire to collect data. The results showed that the general average of the level of proficiency at the administrative staff for the skills required for work was moderate; the average of problems facing them in developing their performance was also moderate; and the average for the approval of the study sample for the proposed training training programs to improve their performance was high. The most imprtatnt proposed training programs were: computer skills, administrative programs, English language, secretarial work, dealing with others, and conflict management. In light of these results, some recommendations and proposals were formulated.
