Abstract

The current research aimed at developing the achievement and skill performance of students, by developing suggested patterns for the mechanism of advice and guidance in electronic courses provided through the Blackboard Learning Management System. The research sample consisted of (80) students, the students distributed in (4) groups in Faculty of Education in Qassim University.
To investigate the research objectives, the researcher prepared a set of tools, which are: Survey, achievement test, Skill Performance Card.
The results of the research in achievement and skill performance revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean levels of the experimental groups' grades, due to the basic effect of the pattern used for advice and guidance (audio - photo - video). These results also revealed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean levels of the experimental groups' grades, when comparing any of the previous patterns with the text pattern in favor of those patterns.
In light of these results, the researcher recommends using E-learning consultant, Adviser For the learner Using the video style.
