the mediating role of psychological capital and gratitude through the relationship between perceived quality of working life and Subjective well – being among the teachers in prep stage.
The research aimed to investigate the mediating role of psychological capital and gratitude through the relationship between perceived quality of working life and Subjective well – being among the teachers in prep stage, the participants consisted of (300) male and female teachers in prep stage, The tools used in the research included four scales:Psychological capital , gratitude, perceived quality of working life and subjective well – being, which were prepared by the researcher, the researcher used path analysis method, the results showed that : there are positive statistically significant correlations between psychological capital , gratitude , perceived quality of working life and Subjective well – being among the teachers in prep stage, there is a statistically significant direct effect of the psychological capital as an independent variable on Subjective well – being as a dependent variable, there is a statistically significant direct effect of the gratitude as an independent variable on Subjective well – being as a dependent variable, there is a statistically significant direct effect of the psychological capital as an independent variable on gratitude as a dependent variable,there is a statistically significant direct effect of the perceived quality of working life as an independent variable on Subjective well – being as a dependent variable, there is a statistically significant direct effect of the perceived quality of working life as an independent variable on gratitude as a dependent variable, there is a statistically significant indirect effect of the perceived quality of working life as an independent variable on Subjective well – being as a dependent variable through the psychological capital as mediator variable, there is a statistically significant indirect effect of the perceived quality of working life as an independent variable on Subjective well – being as a dependent variable through the gratitude as mediator variable, the relationship can be modeled between perceived quality of working life as an independent variable and Subjective well – being as a dependent variablethrough psychological capital and gratitude as mediator variables among the teachers in prep stage.
