With the beginnings of (2020), the world faced a catastrophe due to the outbreak of the emerging infection virus "COVID-19". Thus , In light of the rapid and successive effects of the societal institutions in general , and the educational institutions in particular, as a result of the outbreak of this global epidemic, it was necessary to search for a rooting for a contemporary educational theory in the management of the pandemic " Corona Covid - 19 virus emerging ". This has been done about Establishing this desired educational theory by adopting a new vision in disaster management in educational institutions by preparing models that are ready to deal with such an emergency (COVID-19),And through the presence of some powers in its uses. These models are built through a necessary information system, which is required to be available at the level of educational institutions, at the level of educational departments, at the level of directorates and the Ministry of Education, and seeks to spread awareness among its members of these educational institutions, and then becomes evidence of awareness.
The philosophy of the new educational theory for managing the emerging COVID - 19 pandemic virus has been based on several axes: defining the dimensions and personnel of managing this pandemic and the extent of their powers, with the vision of the proposed partnership to manage it. Also, this theory relied on several principles, including :
- Conscious leadership in the management of the COVID-19 pandemic, and other disasters.
- Visualizing alternatives to face the pandemic crisis, while updating specialized information and knowledge.
- Cooperate in implementing simulation models in managing this pandemic, while granting parents and guardians some necessary and important powers to make any health decision regarding students in this field.
- Continuous training on establishment of proposed models for early detection of corona virus patients .
Accordingly, educational institutions need to consider launching a corona virus management unit within each educational institution, provided they are responsible for providing the necessary information about this pandemic. It is also necessary to start developing a guide to prevent this virus, while working to provide it to all members of educational institutions, and that this guide should include awareness of this virus: how does it spread? , Transmission methods, symptoms, and procedures to be taken with suspected infection.
