The Evaluation of the Professional Preparation Program to Arabic Language Teacher at the Faculty of Education -Arish University on the Light of the Specifications National for future teachers

Abstract

This Study aimed at evaluating the Professional Preparation Program to Arabic Language Teacher at the Faculty of Education -Arish University on the Light of the Specifications National for future teachers. The study relied on the Specifications set by the National Authority for the Quality of Education and Accreditation. However, these specifications were submitted to 25-jury- members to ensure their present validity for preparing the teachers. In addition, the opinions of the twenty-five jurors who are faculty members at the Teacher Preparation program at Arish Faculty of Education were taken into account in terms of the extent to which the program achieves its specifications of the graduates of the Faculties of Education.
The results, however, showed that the program for preparing a vocational teacher at the Faculty of Education, Arish University were low in terms of achieving its specifications with rates that ranged from ( 63.2% : 65.66 ).
This led the researcher to develop a proposed vision for developing the teacher preparation program after doing a matrix for specifications of graduates of Faculties of Education with decisions of the teacher preparation program, along with the specifications for courses that do not have specifications in order to verify the specifications of graduates at Faculties of Education in Egypt
