Abstract

The study purpose is to identify the relationship between strategic planning and organizational behavior. The study included all the employees of the Thadiq Education Office, and the response rate reached about 90% of the study sample. The study concluded that the reality of the implementation of strategic planning in the education office of Thadiq is very high and that there is a positive relationship between the application of strategic planning and management of organizational behavior. The study concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is: To reach institutional excellence the organization should pay attention to strategic planning as a tool that helps in managing organizational behavior of workers in the organization
