The Effectiveness of Some E-Games in Developing Leadership Skills of Kindergarten Child in The Light of Fourth Industrial Revolution

Abstract

This research aims at investigating the effectiveness of some E- games in developing leadership skills necessary for kindergarten child in the light of the fourth industrial revolution. The research sample consisted of (34) second level kindergarten children. The research was applied on one group using the semi-experimental approach. An observation card was used to check for children’s leadership skills. The research found that there are statistically significant differences between children’s average levels in pre and post administration of leadership skills observation card that was prepared by the researchers in favor of the post administration. Additionally, there was statistically significant difference between children’s mean scores of the leadership skills observation card pre and post application in each of the following skills; decision-making, building relationships and problems solving in favor of the post- administration.
