Time Management skills Development among Female Master's Students in the Department of Foundations of Education at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University in the light of the Principles of Islamic Education

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the time management skills of female master's students in the Department of Foundations of Education at Imam Mohammed Bin Saud Islamic University, and to identify their time-wasting, and ways to develop it in light of the principles of Islamic education.
The population study in the Department of Foundations of Education for the female master's students, majoring in Islamic Education and majoring in Foundations of Education in the second semester of the academic year 1441 AH consists of (99) students, and the study applied to the whole population. The researcher used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as tools for study.
The study reached a total of results, the most prominent among them were: the most important wastes of time among the female master's students in the Department of Foundations of Education are the absence of clear goals in the roles of their different lives, preoccupation with recreational activities, doing much work at the same time, and the difficulty of time management during crises. The principle of linking science to work in the first place and then the principle of learning in methods of time management development among female master's students in the Department of Foundations of Education.
