Designing a strategy according to the fallouts of corona pandemic in teaching psychology to develop the skills of wise thinking and accepting technology with secondary school students

Abstract

The goal of the recent research is to learn the impact of designing a strategy according to the fallouts of corona pandemic. It is to develop skills related the ability to adapt to the community crises represented in: wise thinking skills and accepting technology. The research was applied on sixty students from a secondary school grade eleven; literary department. They were divided into two groups; thirty students as experimental group and the other part as a control group. A group of research materials and methods has been prepared as follows: a resolution of the most important fallouts of corona pandemic, the public perception of the suggested strategy and Psychology student book ; unit "cognitive processes", teacher''s guide. My research tool was prepared according to wise thinking skills scale and the criterion of accepting technology. I applied the semi-experimental curriculum of experimental design to two equal groups; experimental and control groups. The tools of the research were previously applied on the two groups. Then I dealt with the experimental group and the administration of learning environment through google classroom. Then I applied the research tools again. The results implied a surpass of the experimental group as there were statistically significant differences in the post application for the experimental group. Furthermore, results proved that there were statistically significant differences among the average marks of the experimental group in both pre and post applications for the sake of the post application in the tools of the research. So the suggested strategy of corona pandemic had an impact on developing the skills of wise thinking and accepting technology with secondary school students.
