Learned Educational Implementations from the Negotiation process in the Honorable Sunnah: The Hudaybiyah Treaty as a Model

Abstract

        The current study aimed to identify the meaning of negotiation, the status of negotiation in the Qur’an and Sunnah, the elements of negotiation in the Hudaybiyah peace treaty, the characteristics of the negotiator as stated in this treaty, the stages of the negotiation process, and the statement of the positive effects of the negotiation process. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was employed. The study was addressed in seven axes that achieved its aims.  finally, it is concluded with a proposed conception of a number of educational applications for negotiation management, as it portrayed in the Hudaybiyah Peace Treaty.
