ABSTRACT
Research Title: Strategy of writing summary and its effect on developing writing skills for Arabic language learners who speaks other languages .
Researcher name :  Dr. Ali Mohammed Ahmed Al– Musawi Al-Ghamdi
Year : 1441-1442H(2020-2021)
Research Problem : The research problem is represented in a weak  level of Arabic language learners who speaks other languages in writing skills , their inability to summarize  written texts with correct scientific methods,  weak writings  while communicating with others .
Research Methodology : the researcher used the following methodologies : Descriptive analytical methodology, and  quasi-experimental methodology .
Research Sample : (24 ) students at third level in Institute of Teaching Arabic to Speakers of Other Languages, Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah Al-Mukarramah. 
Research Tools And Materials : A questionnaire on writing skills for Arabic language learners who speaks other languages, and designing: (student book and teacher's guide) based on Written summary strategy in developing writing skills for Arabic language learners who speaks other language  , writing skills test for Arabic language learners who speaks other languages .
Statistical Methods Used In  Research : Easy and difficult transactions, discrimination of test vocabulary, Pearson coefficients, Alpha Kronbach plants, self-honesty plants, Spearman Brown plants, repeats and percentages, computational averages, standard deviations, twisting and standard deviation factores, and test "T" for two linked groups .
The Most Important Results :  A final list of writing skills was reached among Arabic language learners who speaks other languages, which were formed in their final form from (5) key skills, from which (19) sub-skills emerged, and the student's book and teacher's guide based on the strategy of writing summary in  development of writing skills among Arabic language learners who speaks other languages were designed  , and There are statistically significant differences at the indicative level (0.05) between the average grades of  research sample members in writing skills as a whole and in each writing skill individually in pre and post measurements of the test in favor of the post measurement .
