The study aimed at identifying the most common academic problems among the students of Hafr Al-Batin University, in addition to investigating the relationship between academic problems and some demographic variables. The descriptive- analytical method was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The main study sample consisted of (1344) female students who were chosen randomly. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for measuring the study variables. After conducting statistical analyzes, the results of the study showed: the students’ degrees of the University of Hafr Al-Batin for the academic problems they confront came in an overall (medium) degree, and the results revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the students of the University of Hafr Al-Batin for the academic problems they face related to (academic guidance, faculty staff members, courses and schedules, Exams, department and college administration) are attributed to the specialization variable in favor of the female students of the (literary) specialization. There are statistically significant differences between the averages of their degrees of academic problems related to (female student s, faculty staff members, courses and academic schedules, university environment, tests, department and college administrations) due to the variable of the academic year. There are statistically significant differences between the averages of their degrees of the academic problems they face due to the study place variable for the benefit of female students who are studying in (Hafr Al-Batin). The presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of their degrees of the academic problems related to (female student s, academic counseling, faculty staff members) due to the cumulative average variable. In light of those findings, the two researchers present many recommendations, among them: making and improving a comprehensive strategy to confront the academic problems that are related to university students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, finding appropriate solutions to them, and establishing academic guidance units and activating their role.
