Abstract:
The main objective of the research is to activate the entrepreneurial marketing of university services in special units at Zagazig University in the light of the blue ocean strategy.
The research uses the descriptive approach, in addition to the scenarios method, which is one of the most important tools of future studies, and one of the important ways to foresee the future.
The above is implemented through several systematic procedures represented in: collecting data and information on both the blue ocean strategy and entrepreneurial marketing and the relationship between them, monitoring the most important features of the current status of special units and their role in the entrepreneurial marketing of university services, and analyzing the current situation in terms of strengths and weaknessesIn the environment of special units, and the application of a field study on a random sample of workers in a special units, whether academics: members of the teaching staff, the supporting staff or the administrators, in eight faculties of Zagazig University, and the sample amounted to (304) individuals .The research concluded that there is a positive significant correlation between the blue ocean strategy and entrepreneurial marketing, and that about 59% of the variance or change in entrepreneurial marketing is due to the application of the blue ocean strategy .
In light of the foregoing, the proposed scenarios for the entrepreneurial marketing of university services in special units have been developed in light of the blue ocean strategy, and a proposed model has been developed for the entrepreneurial marketing center for university services at Zagazig University.
