Requirements for Application of "Hybrid Learning" at South Valley University In light of "Quality Standards Of Online Learning" "A field study"

Abstract

               The current research aims at identifying the intellectual framework of hybrid learning in universities, sheding light on the intellectual framework of quality standards of online learning, defining the requirements of applying hybrid learning at South Valley University in light of online learning quality standards, focusing on the reality of fulfilling the requirements of applying hybrid learning at South Valley University in light of online learning quality standards, and presenting a proposed vision to fulfill the requirements for the applying hybrid learning at South Valley University in light of online learning quality standards, The research used the descriptive approach, a questionnaire was applied to a sample consisting of (300) of faculty members at South Valley University, Results indicated that the overall score of fulfilling the requirements of applying hybrid learning at South Valley University in light of online learning quality standards according to the point of view of the study sample was (medium), and the score of fulfilling the requirements for the applying hybrid learning related to the technological infrastructure came in the first rank, followed by the obtained score of fulfilling the requirements for the applying hybrid learning for faculty members in the second rank, then the obtained score of fulfilling the requirements for the applying hybrid learning for students ranked the third and last. Results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample members’ responses due to the different variables (the nature of the college, experience in the field of quality, the college’s obtaining accreditation, the college), and there were not any statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members due to the difference in their academic rank.
