A proposed paradigm for analyzing students' results in national assessment and turn them into policies: case study

Abstract

Summary
           This study seeks to answer a main question: How can the results of national tests be converted into policies that achieve the quality of education in general? In order to answer that question, it is necessary to have a framework of values governing and guiding the process of analyzing students’ results, then building a composite model as a tool for analyzing the results of national tests that includes indicators for analyzing those results at the macro and micro levels. Then, employing those results in developing effective education policies
