A Proposed Educational Unit Based on Electronic Mind Maps to Develop Knowledge of the Ethics of E-Marketing and Purchasing Awareness of Commercial Secondary School Students.

Abstract

   The research aimed at constructing a proposed educational unit based on electronic mind maps and identifying its effect on developing knowledge of e-marketing ethics and purchasing awareness of Commercial Secondary School Students. The research sample consisted of (20) 1st year students; To achieve the research goals, the researcher prepared the research materials and tools, represented in a list of concepts of e-marketing ethics and principles, in the light of this list the proposed unit was prepared and its lessons were formulated in the light of the electronic mental maps strategy, the teacher’s guide for teaching the unit, the achievement test, and the purchasing awareness scale. The research tools were applied before and after On the sample of the research, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.01) between the mean ranks of the scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post application for each of the achievement test and the purchasing awareness scale in favor of the post application, due to the proposed educational unit. There is also a statistically significant positive correlation between the scores of the experimental group students in the post application of both the achievement test and the purchasing awareness scale. In the end, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposed researchs in the light of the research results.
