Suggested concept for the development of adult education in the light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution "An analytical study"

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to find out how to develop adult education in Egypt in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This research belongs; By virtue of its objectives and nature, to analytical research, where the descriptive analysis method was used; In order to achieve a number of its objectives, the research concluded several results, the most important of which are: the multiplicity and diversity of strengths and challenges faced in keeping pace with adult education for this revolution, but the predominance and actual impact was in favor of the challenges, as their negative impact was reflected in the reality of this accompaniment.
The main objective of the current research was to find out how to develop adult education and adult education policies in Egypt. In order to keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, by achieving the following sub-objectives
Shedding light on the intellectual framework of adult education policies, shedding light on the intellectual framework of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, analyzing adult education policies and the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a proposed conception of adult education policy in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The proposed policy is based on the following principles:
Adult education is an important factor in achieving social and economic development, raising productivity and competitiveness, and improving job opportunities and employability.
This education is a correction to the traditional education system as it provides a second opportunity for individuals to acquire diverse knowledge, skills and values.
In light of the findings of this research, a proposed conception of adult education was developed in the light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, by taking advantage of its positive repercussions to avoid its negative repercussions and the positive and effective impact on its course.
In conclusion, "the current research recommended the necessity of overcoming the obstacles facing the implementation of this proposed conception, because it expresses a new policy for adult education, which, if implemented to the knowledge of the researcher, can keep pace with the fourth industrial revolution, and also recommended the necessity of integrating ways and mechanisms to confront these obstacles, As these methods and mechanisms are not the responsibility of individuals, institutions or a specific ministry, but rather the responsibility of the whole society, individuals and institutions, and also recommended that “scientific research and studies be conducted to evaluate the impact of implementing this proposed policy on keeping pace with this education for this revolution, in a way that contributes to the development and modernization of This policy is constantly maintained, and to ensure that it keeps pace with this revolution effectively..
