A Program Based on Critical Psychology to Develop Gendered Resistance and Feminist Ethics for Female Students of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University

Abstract

The aim of the current research is to identify the impact of a program based on critical psychology on developing gendered resistance and feminist ethics for Female students of the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Education - Alexandria University.  And to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher presented a theoretical framing of the research variables, and relied on it in preparing the proposed program based on critical psychology, as well as the gendered resistance test, and the feminist ethics scale. The researchers relied in answering the research questions and verifying the correctness of its hypotheses  on the quasi-experimental design "the extension of the one-group design with the pre- posttest" The program was applied to a sample of (52) female students  The third year, Psychology Department, Faculty of Education, Alexandria University. The results of the research revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the the pre- and post-test in favor of posttest Which indicates the impact of the program based on critical psychology on the development of gendered resistance and feminist ethics.
