A sustainable scenario to activate the operational efficiency of readiness to deal with crowd gatherings in the holy sites during the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah Al-Mukarramah

Abstract

The current study aimed to  developa proposed scenario to identify the reality of the readiness to deal with crowd gatherings in the holy sites during the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and to reveal the most important challenges facing the readiness to deal with crowd gatherings in the holy sites during the two seasons of Hajj and Umrah in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and to identify statistically significant differences in estimates and responses The study sample members on the reality of the operational efficiency of the readiness to deal with crowd gatherings in the holy sites during the two seasons of Hajj and Umrah in Makkah Al-Mukarramah according to the variable (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, job position). As a data acquisition tool, the study sample consisted of (101) employees of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: the presence of a large degree of readiness to deal with crowd gatherings in the holy sites during the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and the presence of a medium degree of challenges facing the readiness of dealing with crowd gatherings in the holy sites during the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, in addition to There are no statistically significant differences in the estimates and responses of the study sample members about the reality of the operational efficiency of the readiness to deal with crowd gatherings in the Holy Sites during the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, according to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience, job position).
