Abstract

   The use of differentiated instruction strategies is a response to the advocacy of the idea of ​​differentiated education to confront the problems resulting from teaching to learners who differ in their experiences, cultures, environments, preparations, abilities, interests and tendencies. Therefore, the current research used the quasi-experimental one-group approach to apply a proposed program in school activities based on differentiated teaching. The research tools included an achievement test in the concepts of texture and a scale in nutritional awareness (prepared by the researchers); The research tools were applied before and after the research group, and the following results were reached through the use of appropriate statistical methods:
 
The proposed program has an impact on developing the cognitive achievement of the concepts of texture and nutritional awareness among fifth graders of primary school:

    Directing the attention of those in charge of the educational process to the importance of differentiated instruction according to learning styles in achieving learning goals for all educational stages.
