Effectiveness of A training program based on technological innovations to develop some digital transformation skills among primary school teachers

The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on technological innovations to develop some digital transformation skills among primary school teachers. The research group consisted of (20) teachers. the research used the experimental design with one group and pre- post-testing, A list of some digital transformation skills was designed in order to be developed among primary school teachers. the training program was designed, and in light of the list of skills previously prepared, the two research tools were built, which are an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the digital transformation skills related to in the program, and a note card to note the practical performance of the digital transformation skills related to the program. The research tools were applied before and after to the research group. The results of the research found that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research group between the pre- and post-testing in favor of the post-application, this confirms the effectiveness of the training program based on technological innovations to develop some digital transformation skills among primary school teachers. The research recommended the need to design training programs to develop the skills of the twenty-first century among in-service teachers, the need to provide an appropriate educational structure to apply digital transformation in all schools, and to benefit from the training program prepared for the current research in teacher training at all educational levels.
