Awareness of Male and Female Teachers of the First Cycle of Basic Education about the Philosophy, Goals and Components of the New Educational System 2.0
The current research aimed to try to identify the level of awareness of male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education about the philosophy, goals and components of the new education system 2.0. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive method by narrating the concept of the new education system 2.0, identified the importance and size of the first cycle of basic education, identified the philosophy, objectives and components of the new educational system 2.0 , and determined the level of awareness of male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education about the philosophy, objectives and components of the new educational system2.0 through the questionnaire that was applied to (126) male and female teachers from the first cycle of basic education in Matrouh Governorate in 4 educational departments (Matrouh - Alamein - Al-Dabaa - Al-Najila), out of the total original population of the research (3117) teachers, with a percentage of (4.04%). Statistical analysis (spss) was used to calculate the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and T-tests to estimate the responses of sample members. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate the validity and reliability of the questionnaire and finally There was Some most important results: The level of awareness of the philosophy, goals and components of the new educational system among male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education is generally high .There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 between male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education in the level of awareness of the philosophy, objectives and components of the new educational system 2.0 in favor of male teachers. Male and female teachers of the first cycle of basic education are more aware of the philosophy of the new educational system 2.0 than its goals and components.
