This research presents an educational model and an educational formula for innovation in university education. The endowment model in university education, which is one of the approaches to confronting the shortcomings and limited government funding for university education, as well as bureaucracy and routine stagnation, relying on financial independence, academic freedom, and stimulating societal creativity and innovation. Through applied research and actions supporting society and its vital fields.
The research primarily aimed to develop a proposed vision for an endowment university similar to some international models, using a qualitative approach and a restricted interview as a tool for collecting data, which was applied to a sample of (40) individuals from those concerned with the field of the endowment university and university endowments.
The results resulted in formulating the vision with its foundations and pillars, and formulating the vision and mission of the endowment university, its goals, requirements, obstacles and ways of confrontation.
