This study aims at investigating the effect of using smart board on improving seventh grade students achievement in Quran recitation. Ten seventh grade students from the Arab Institute School in Abu Dis and Jerusalem suburbs participated in the study. They were selected by using the purposive sample. To achieve the purpose of the study the researcher used three instruments: achievement test, smart board and interview. The researcher tested the credibility of the instruments by using the suitable methods. The researcher used SPSS Program to calculate means and standard deviation. After data processing, the results of the study revealed the following: there were significant differences between using the smart board and seventh grade students achievement in Quran recitation in favor of the post test.
Among the prominent of the recommendations, the researcher recommended activating the use of smart board in teaching because of its clear effect in increasing and motivating students towards learning. It also help student to enjoy the process of learning and enrich their speech, address their minds and satisfy their imagination. The researcher also recommended doing more research on this topic because of its importance.
